Managing Director

Bhabhalazi brings a deep understanding of business development and transformation to the board of Adcorp, which he joins from Eskom where he was Group Executive responsible for human resources from 2010 to 2014, having previously been General Manager: Human Resources at South African Airways. While working at BHP Billiton between 2001 and 2007 Bhabhalazi’s role as Human Resources Manager included managing CSI projects in KwaZulu-Natal and Mozambique and stakeholder relationships, in particular with communities and government. He took on the challenge of the role of General Manager: Business Transformation for the South African Revenue Service after being deeply involved in transformation during the nine years he worked for Gillette, first as Human Resources Manager, then as Human Resources Director responsible for the company’s human resource functions in India, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Colette Atkinson celebrated 30 years with the Adcrop Group in January 2014 and she joined PMI on 1 January 2009.

Colette Atkinson heads up PMI Commercial which crafts and project manages learning solutions into the Blue-Collar and White-Collar environments with a specific focus on solutions into the Adcorp group of companies, combined with clients in the banking and call centre sectors.

Colette has 30 years of operational experience within the services industry and has spent the past nine years specifically focusing on skills development.  She has served on the Services Seta regional board (Kwazulu Natal) for two consecutive years – 2005/2006 and was instrumental in Quest securing a three star rating with the Services Seta in 2007.

She also served on the Services Seta “communities of best practice forum for the contact-centre industry” in 2008 and 2009 in the re-working of the occupations within the industry.

Also represented the Labour Recruitment Sic Code committee of the Services Seta – 2008

Also represented the Education and Training portfolio of the Association of Personnel Services organization – 2008.

In 2006 and in 2009, Colette’s division was awarded best non technical innovation / best out-sourced training provider at the BPeSA regional and national awards ceremony for work done in work readiness programmes leading to full qualifications for previously unemployed learners.

In 2010, Colette was awarded first prize for Innovation at the Adcorp prestigious Chairman’s Awards in Gauteng.

This division boasts a progressive approach to skills development which combines operationally sensitive solutions with sound commercial rationale to achieve strategic business drivers.

Charles Edward Robinson

Managing Executive – PMI Technical

Charles Edward Robinson is the Executive Manager of PMI Technical. With more than 30 years experience in the mining and engineering industry he has extensive knowledge in these fields. He has a number of qualifications ranging from specific technical to management skills. Charles started his career in the mining and engineering industry during 1988. Early in his career he displayed a unique understanding and outlook on business. His primary focus included the correct implementation of policies and procedures as well as transforming theoretical business ideas into workable solutions. He co-founded his own company in 2006, which used a combination of cellular communication technologies and custom built software to provide tailormade solutions for the customer. Charles considers customer satisfaction as a priority of the utmost importance and is dedicated to helping people develop the skills needed to make a difference in both their own lives and the lives of others.

Senoelo Nkhase Leloka

Academic Director

Dr Senoelo Nkhase Leloka is the Academic Director for Production Management Institute of South Africa (PMI-SA) and its various subsidiaries, responsible for overseeing, strategic planning, development, organisation, management and monitoring the academic programmes thereof. Prior to this, at different periods in time and levels of curriculum design, implementation and management, Dr Leloka, served as a programme coordinator/advisor and lecturer at the University of Johannesburg.

Castello Motale


A true product of the industry, having joined the Adcorp group in the TES space in 1998 as an assignee with the then Tecquest now Capacity,
he rose through the Capacity ranks grabbing every opportunity as a welcomed challenge. Castello acquired his experience working in the back office space at first in payroll, then Operations/Sales and growing in to executive management.

He joined PMI in October 2014 to head up the Group training portfolio, born out of the necessity for the Group to consolidate and control the skills development and training needs in the Group to align largely with the new codes of good practice to maximise on the B-BBEE score card’s Skills Development element. He also oversees in a care-taking capacity the Finance and HR department for PMI/ATT since February 2015.
